Who we are
The newly established Association was born from the direct experience of the writer, Former Inspector S.U.P.S. of the State Police now retired, with 34 years of operational service on the road including: Traffic Police Operator; Coordinator of the External Operational Services of the "Volanti" and 10 years to the Flying Squad with Detective; therefore, the Administrative Police was an important component of their profession. Furthermore, in multiple meetings with the presidents of Cultural and Sports Associations, as well as Private Clubs, various gaps emerged in their organization and, considering their direct experience in the "management" of the many voluntary and non-profit activities, they intended to create a new Association that is able to wrap them in the broadest management service; in fact, the "Global Association" will have as primary objectives:
- Promote and organize cultural, art, sport, entertainment and social tourism activities and events, managing public or private facilities for cultural, environmental and free time activities on its own or through its associates; sporting, social and entertainment activities
- Affiliate all Italian cultural, sports and private clubs but possibly also of different nationalities that operate in social promotion in the various areas that reflect our statute; in countries such as Burkina Faso, the Ivory Coast and Senegal, the undersigned President of the "Global Association" has already had the opportunity to discuss this, considering the knowledge he has had for over 20 years.
- Provide technical, legal, administrative and tax consultancy through affiliated firms; will provide direct and indirect advice on social issues in general, legislative legal assistance through affiliated law firms, specifically indicated in the act of accession, for any appeals of any nature, including issues relating to family problems, traffic violations, in the field of taxes and banking disputes relating to usury. It will organize and manage cultural, artistic or recreational activities of particular social interest, as well as sporting activities, collaborating, where necessary, with the competent Bodies and Federations affiliated to the C.O.N.I., as well as with local, public and private bodies.
- It will develop debates on the theme of friendship, sexuality, medical and sexual information for the prevention of social diseases such as COVID19 - SARS2 and A.I.D.S., It will also take care of the development of interpersonal relationships, image and aesthetics of the person , of naturism understood as a sense of freedom and as an exchange of individual experiences on sexual issues, on body language and its expressiveness, on anthropological research and on the rituals that have characterized the various civilizations. To this end, the Association will promote and will be able to organize themed evenings, also making use of forms of entertainment organized by the affiliated Members.
- It will also aim at the organization of ecological and environmentalist movements of civil protection and social volunteering; will try to organize activities aimed at safeguarding animals, keeping them in their natural environment and protecting them from human intervention.
- The association will promote all sorts of activities in order to combat the phenomenon of the sale and use of drugs of all kinds, prostitution and its exploitation or aiding and abetting, contributing to the cultural and civil development of citizens and to the ever wider diffusion democracy and solidarity in human relationships.
- It will create and organize or implement any guidance and training structure to combat social and gender discrimination, the differentiation of civilizations, ethnicity and culture, in particular sexual ones and sexual tendency, favoring the encounter between men and women, couples and individuals, within the limits of the individual needs of the members concerned, fight for the abolition of all forms of taboo, prejudice and legal discrimination relating to human and civil rights, favoring the social integration of their members and offering them the necessary assistance
- will coordinate and encourage the establishment of cultural and recreational social promotion societies, cooperatives, associations and clubs, youth centers for physical training; also of interest are editorial activities, promotion and dissemination of the culture and practice of volunteering, and also cultural activities of social interest for educational and didactic purposes, as well as tourism.
- Promote and organize musical, artistic, show, theater and any other form of entertainment including ethnic, tribal, regional and national folkloristic dance, burlesque shows and more, respecting the personal freedoms of those who practice them, providing adequate assistance to affiliated associations / clubs and their members and members who aim to pursue the same purposes.
- It works to ensure that socio-cultural activities and sport are recognized as a social right linked to the creation of better living conditions for citizens in general and in particular for young people, people with psycho-physical disadvantages and the elderly. It will promote the establishment of National and International Associations between athletes, workers, sports operators and cultural operators;
- Promote actions in favor of youth hardships in the field of work, drug addiction, alcohol addiction and health education and prevention.
The above represent the primary objectives of the Association, considering that in the statute of the Association, in art. 2, further details of the “Global Association” are described in detail and in detail.
